Idea for a new cuisine

Meat ice cream, but actually delicious and in many ways unique from what we think of as ice cream. Essentially a very cold way of enjoying roast beef.

You have an ice cream base, but the catch is that there is no sugar or flavoring added to it – giving one essentially the taste of milk.

You add cold country gravy on top of this with cold roast beef and salt.

Pâté is kind of like meat ice cream

I think what I’ll do is cook some burgers like I usually do, chill them, make the ice cream and just sort of test out how they taste together. Then expand from there.
