Recipe: Golden Spam


  • 1/2 can of spam, chopped fine
  • 3 egg yolks, separated from the whites (use egg scissors to avoid breaking the yolks)
  • a few tablespoons of butter
  • No spices necessary

Chop spam to increase its surface area; do so fine to get it crispy.

In a frying pan, drop the spam and butter, stir it occasionally until it becomes crispy. Quickly scrape it into a bowl while it is still sizzling, then immediately drop raw egg yolks on top. Stir and enjoy!
